To reserve a study space or computer in the library, use the Dallas College Appointment Booking website. To return checked out library books, use the Book Return Box. The Back to Campus Guide details steps to visit campus.

IncludED - Starting Fall 2020

"Beginning with Fall 2020 registration, the price of most required learning materials — including textbooks, online publisher content, software, art supplies, science lab kits and even certain medical supplies — will be included with the price of tuition"

Book Return

Outdoor Library Book Return


You can return your library books using the outdoor book return box on the north side of the L building any time the campus is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

No Reservation or Check-in Needed

You do not need to book a reservation or check in with campus staff to use the outdoor book return box. However, entering any buildings on campus requires a few additional steps, including scheduling your visit on the In-Person Campus Visits website.

Chat with a Librarian

Go to the Chat with a Librarian website or use the chat box widow on the right side of this page. Chat is available any time during the virtual library hours.


 Library Visits by Appointment

Use the Make a Reservation option on the Appointment Booking website to reserve a s computer or study space in the Brookhaven Library. Librarians and library staff can assist you during your scheduled visit. Be sure to go to the Back to Campus Guide and follow all return-to-campus procedures before your campus visit.


Virtual Reference Desk

During virtual library hours, librarians can assist on by video, audio only, or text using the Virtual Reference Desk in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.
